Hi there, I'm Shawna! My name is Shawna Sunday and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) physically based in Renton, Washington, and working with clients in-person locally and statewide via telehealth. I work with adolescents, couples, individuals and specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, phobias, grief or loss, and life transitions, using a basis of Humanistic Psychotherapy with an integrative framework to help my clients make progress and start feeling better.
